- Save Time – I am a long-time resident of the Wright/Meeker/McLeod area. My service areas include Dassel-Cokato, Hutchinson, Annandale, Litchfield, Delano, Buffalo, Saint Cloud, Big Lake, Elk River, Zimmerman, Cold Spring, Sartell, Waverly, Howard Lake and surrounding communities. If you’re buying, I can quickly help you locate properties in neighborhoods that will meet your family’s needs. If you’re selling, I can provide all the information you need about the Minnesota real estate market so we price your home correctly and there are no surprises.
- Save Money – I have a financial background, and I’m very good at analyzing Minnesota real estate transactions. If you’re buying, that means you won’t pay too much for a new home. I have resources to help qualified First Time Home Buyers purchase a home with some down payment assistance.
If you’re selling, you’ll be glad to know you are working with a Realtor with 15+ years experience! We operate on one-day-at-a-time listing contracts. I have experience selling foreclosures and I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). As a CDPE, I am qualified to help sellers negotiate a short sale. So, if you or someone you know owes more than their house is worth and they are having a hardship, please ask them to call me to discuss their options.

- Make the Right Decisions – Excellent customer service is my standard. I’ll listen carefully to your needs and wants, and provide you with the type of information you need in order to make educated choices.
When I list your home:
- If you find the buyer, my fee is 2%
- If I find the buyer, my fee is 4%
- If another agent finds the buyer, my fee is 5%
