If you’re selling, I can provide all the information you need about the Minnesota real estate market so we price your home correctly and there are no surprises.
Save Money – I have a financial background, and I’m very good at analyzing Minnesota real estate transactions. If you’re buying, that means you won’t pay too much for a new home. I have resources to help qualified First Time Home Buyers purchase a home with some down payment assistance.

If you’re selling, you’ll be glad to know you are working with a Realtor with 15+ years experience! We operate on one-day-at-a-time listing contracts. I have experience selling foreclosures and I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). As a CDPE, I am qualified to help sellers negotiate a short sale. So, if you or someone you know owes more than their house is worth and they are having a hardship, please ask them to call me to discuss their options.

When I list your home:

If you find the buyer, my fee is 2%
If I find the buyer, my fee is 4%
If another agent finds the buyer, my fee is 5%
