Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, “moving up,” looking for a cabin on a lake, a farm, a lot, or a home with or without acreage, you can be sure that I will provide the quality and reliable service you deserve!

With my help, you will:

  • Save Time – I am a long-time resident of the Wright/Meeker/McLeod area.  My service areas include Dassel-Cokato, Hutchinson, Annandale, Litchfield, Delano, Buffalo, and surrounding communities. If you’re buying, I can quickly help you locate properties in neighborhoods that will meet your family’s needs.  If you’re selling, I can provide all the information you need about the Minnesota real estate market so we price your home correctly and there are no surprises.
  • Save Money – I have a financial background, and I’m very good at analyzing Minnesota real estate transactions.  If you’re buying, that means you won’t pay too much for a new home.

If you’re selling, you’ll be glad to be working with the largest Minnesota discount real estate broker!  The fee is reduced, but not the service.  We operate on one-day-at-a-time listing contracts, and my commission is based on how the buyer for your home is located.

  • Make the Right Decisions – Excellent customer service is my standard. I’ll listen carefully to your needs and wants, and provide you with the type of information you need in order to make educated choices.

When I list your home:

  • If you find the buyer, my fee is 2%
  • If I find the buyer, my fee is 4%
  • If another agent finds the buyer, my fee is 5%
